The World Health Organisation asks the United Nations for the reclassification of cannabis

Spain: orders over €30, excluding The Balearics.
France: orders over €60, excluding Corsica and Overseas Territories.
No Europe Customs Union: orders over €80, excluding Cyprus and Malta.

Several research studies on cannabis, and particularly on CBD, have shown this plant's therapeutic potential. WHO has requested the UN to reclassify cannabis on their list of prohibited substances. This gives food for thought, doesn't it? Watch the video for more on this.
