How can I track my order?
The delivery of your order is guaranteed by a tracking number you’ll receive by e-mail. By entering this number on the carrier’s website, you’ll be able to know the exact location of your order. If your order is shipped by regular mail, no tracking number will be assigned to it, so the delivery cannot be guaranteed.
What if my order is stuck at Customs?
If your order is held up at customs, any charges that may incur will be the buyer’s responsibility and whether you finally receive it or not will depend on the regulations in force in your country. Should you have any doubts, please contact us at orders@lamota. org
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order doesn’t reach its destination before the due date, you’ll have to contact our Customer Service department by sending a mail to orders@lamota. org, indicating your order number. They’ll inform you about your order status and help you if any problems arise.
What’s the estimated delivery time once an order has been dispatched?

Is the packaging of my seed orders discreet?
Yes. At LaMota Grow Shop, we know how important it is to send seeds safely and discreetly without raising suspicion. That’s why orders are placed in a padded brown envelope in which there is no sign of the content. This way, security and discretion are guaranteed.
How can I place my order?
There are several shipping and payment methods available, each of them with its own conditions. In all cases, once you place your order on our website, you’ll be sent a confirmation e-mail with your order number and some instructions on how to proceed. Every detail of the shipping costs is displayed before you validate your purchase.
What shipping options are there in Spain?
Shipped by Tipsa courier service with a delivery time of 24/72 hours (working days) from dispatch. Can I specify a delivery time?
Deliveries are made by external companies that arrange their work according to their own criteria. That’s why we cannot guarantee any delivery time. Anyway, if you indicate your phone number when placing the order, we'll give it to the courier service and they'll get in touch with you to specify a delivery time.
Can I pay my order by bank transfer?
Yes. If you select this payment method, you’ll be sent an email with your order number and our bank details so that you can make the payment. As soon as we receive it, your order will be shipped. Transfer must be made in euros. However, this option is not available for all the countries. Available for: Contact us at orders@lamota. org.
Do you charge shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight, and the selected shipping and payment method. The shipping cost, including carriage, is calculated automatically at the moment of purchase and it is included in the total cost before you validate it.
Is COD available as a payment method?
We do not accept payment on delivery.
Can I pay my order by credit card?
Yes. In fact, we strongly recommend using this payment method because it's the easiest, fastest, safest and cheapest method of all. (Available for any country allowed to place orders). In Spain (except Balearic) seed orders that total more than €30‚ paid by credit card, will qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Can I pay with Bitcoin?
Yes. If you select this payment method, you’ll be automatically redirected to the crypto-currency payment gateway, operated by CoinPayments, where you’ll be able to pay safely and instantly. Payments made with bitcoins can be neither modified nor returned. Available for: all the world.
Is it safe to provide my card details?
Your card details are sent directly to the bank, whose website is always protected by the highest level of encryption. As a result, a padlock and ‘https’ will appear in the browser bar. The ‘s’ at the end of http means that it is a secure site. We do not hold your details at any time.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes. If you select this payment method, you’ll have to send an envelope by registered mail with the exact amount of your order in cash. Only euros are accepted and the total amount of your purchase will be automatically rounded up so that you only have to send notes. Can I claim for non-germinated seeds?
Yes, of course. Before producers, we’ve been growers and so we know how frustrating it is when those seeds you have so eagerly bought don’t germinate as they should.
